We reserve the right to change courier services whenever necessary.
We will send your orders to your U.K. billing address stated at the time of ordering, please ensure the address is correct when placing your order as this may delay your order.
To prevent fraud we may telehone you to ensure the address and orders are correct and not fraudulent.
We
aim to post all orders by the end of the next working day, however
during busy times we may take slightly longer. We will inform you when your purchases have been sent.
The majority of parcels will be sent Royal Mail or ParcelForce 48 hours although we reserve the right to use other couriers. Most 1st class orders take 2 - 5 days for delivery, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery in case of postal delays.
Please note that The Royal Mail Special Delivery option is for insurance purposes only and may not reflect on speed of delivery. If you have an urgent order, please let us know as soon as possible.
Payment
We
currently accept PayPal & NoChex payments, both of these are both secure and
safe, online payment processors. If you would prefer to pay by another
method, we can accept Google Checkout please contact us
if you want to pay using this method.
Returns
If,
in the rare event that you receive an incorrect order, please notify us
immediately so we can arrange a return and correction of your order.
If, in the rare event, you receive a faulty item, please notify us immediately with details of the fault so we may arrange the return, replacement, credit note or refund of the item.
Should
you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us in writing within 7
days of receipt of your order to obtain a returns number. All cancelled orders must be returned to
us, with all original packaging. We will refund the cost of the order if
cancelled but not the postage and packaging of returning the
cancelled order.
